Asia Cup 2023: Virat Kohli leads Indian team's friendly visit to Nepal dressing room, felicitates the players for making history
NEPAL'S DEBUT CAMPAIGN in the Asia Cup was made more special by Virat Kohli's post-match visit to their dressing room.
Kohli, whom many Nepal cricketers have openly named as their favourite, paid a friendly visit to the opponents after their final Asia Cup group stage enocunter that India won by 10 wickets.
After the meet and greet, the Nepal coach handed out medals to players to commemorate the occasion of them making history by competing in Asia's biggest tournament for the first time. The medals were handed out by Indian players including Kohli.

The gesture was appreciated by Indian and Nepali fans across the internet. The Himalayan nation has a large cricket following and they just experienced their first breakthrough moment.
