The Indian team is leaving for Sri Lanka for their Asia Cup camapaign, which begins on 2nd September against arch rivals Pakistan.
The last time India won the continental championship was in 2018. But importantly, they also won in 2010, kicking off a streak that culminated in winning the World Cup in 2011. The real wish for every Indian cricket fan is for Asia Cup to once again be a lunch-pad for India's CWC bid.
