Mangaluru Dragons ride on Sharath's unbeaten ton to register first victory

MANGALURU DRAGSONS DOMINATED Mysuru Warriors in KSCA T20, beating them by 5 wickets despite chasing a high total.

Batting first, Mysuru put together a respectable 201/5 heped by Karun Nair's (77) leadership with the bat.

But even though Muralidhara Venkatesh (2/36) and Jagadeesha Suchith (2/37) kept taking wickets for them regularly, they could not control Mangaluru's run rate during that run chase because of Sharath BR's stormy unbeaten innings of 111; supported by Rohan Pati's 54.

The Dragons reached their target with more than an over to spare, lodging a major vicotory to get things going for their campaign.
