48 runs in one over! Watch Sediq Atal's crazy streak of sixes at the Kabul Premier League

IN AN INCREDIBLE instance of high scoring madness, Sediq Atal scored 48 runs off a single over of Amir Zazi.

In the match between Abasin Defenders and Shaheen Hunters at the Kabul Premier League, the 19th over of the first innings all but sealed the victory for the Hunters thanks to its high scoring nature.

Zazi's first ball was hit for a six by Atal but it was a no ball as well. The next ball, a free hit, was bowled wide and it went for a four, resulting in a total of five runs. Thus, 12 runs were scored already and still not a single legal delivery was bowled.

The rest of the over was quite straight-forward, as Zazi bowled six times and Atal hit him over the boundary each time, resulting in an insane 48 runs from that over.

This flurry of runs propelled the Hunters to 213. Abasin were all out for just 121 trying to chase this mammoth total.

The win sealed the Hunters' place in the playoffs, where their kabul Premier League campaign is still ongoing; and they have reached the final.
