ICC fines India women's captain Harmanpreet Kaur for her outbursts regarding Bangladesh tie

THE BEHAVIOUR OF Indian women's team captain Harmanpreet Kaur has caused major controvesy; and even the ICC has stepped in.

Kaur was fined 75 percent of her match fee for outbursts during and after India's tied game with Bangladesh that ended the ODI series in a 1-1 draw.

After Kaur was given out, she swung at the stumps with the bat in frustration. Afterwards, while posing with the trophy with Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana, she loudly commented that the umpires should also be in the photo since they were the one who produced the result for Bangladesh.

The Bangladesh team walked out from the field in protest of Harmanpreet's comments.
