Bhambri, Devvarman favourites for ATP Air Asian Open
INDIA'S NO.1 SINGLES player and soon to be a top-100 player in the world, Yuki Bhambri will lead the Indian challenge at the ATP Air Asia Open, Challenger tournament in Bengaluru, commencing from 19th October, 2015.
Bhambri’s, sudden surge into the elite club of men’s professional tennis, will give the No.1 seed additional boost required for winning the USD 50,000 event, organized by the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA).
Alongside Bhambri, fellow Indians, Somdev Devvarman, Sanam Singh, Saketh Myneni Ramkumar Ramanathan and Vijay Sunder Prashant too will make their presence felt. While, Davis Cuppers, Adrian Menendez-Maceiras (Spain) and James Ward (Great Britain) will be seeded 2 & 3 respectively.
Although Bhambri and Devvarman are the favorites to win the tournament, the other Indian players too will be keen on adding vital ATP points to their kitty.
