Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma has arguably been the best strike bowler for the Kings XI Punjab over the years. In fact, he has been their most consistent performer in the IPL. After making his debut in 2013, the Sandeep has managed to pick 71 wickets to his credit at a reasonable average of 7.77. Sandeep's ability to swing and seam the ball, regardless of the conditions was a major plus for KXIP and he could also chip in with frugal overs at the death. Despite his heroics with Punjab, they let him go to the Sunrisers. Currently, KXIP have the likes of Barinder Sran, Mohit Sharma and Ankit Rajpoot in their line-up as far as Indian seamers go. We wonder what forced Punjab to ignore Sandeep.
