Arjun Tendulkar to play young Sachin in biopic
SACHIN TENDULKAR'S son Arjun will play the role of a young Sachin in the upcoming biopic on the legend "Sachin".
It makes sense for the young Arjun to play his dad in the biopic as he's also into cricket and looks a lot like his father in appearance. It will look all the more natural for Arjun to match his dad's mannerisms.
The biopic team did try out other faces, but none matched up to Sachin's teenage curly-haired looks.
What might be the only problem is that Arjun is a southpaw with both bat and ball, and it might be difficult to make it look natural in front of the screen.
It is also learnt that Arjun has a similar habit of biting his nails when in a tense situation, which only adds to the fun.
The biopic will also feature Tendulkar's current residence in Bandra.
