IPL 2024: Lasith Malinga to be Mumbai Indians' fast bowling coach
FORMER SRI LANKA PACER Lasith Malinga is the new fast bowling coach for Mumbai Indians.
The 39 year old has been an integral part of MI as a bowler, featuring heavily in their IPL winning campaigns of 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019. He was also a part of the MI squad that won the Champions League T20 in 2011 and 2013.
Malinga will take charge in his new role during IPL 2024. He is replacing Shane Bond in the crucial coaching role.
