Austrian Open: Parupalli Kashyap clinches his first title of the year
MEN'S SINGLES shuttler Parupalli Kashyap was seeded second at the Austrian Open International Challenge. He clinched the title beating June Wei Cheam 23-21, 21-14.
This is his first title of the year and after being down with injuries, this also comes as a reward for his hard-work and never-give up attitude.
On his road to final, he defeated the likes of Jia Wei Tan (21-15,22-20), 7th seed Victor Svendsen (21-17, 21-19), 5th seed Raul Must (21-18, 21-4).
He shared his joy on social media, thanking everyone for the continuous support.
