Denmark SSP: Pranaav/Sikki ousted; Satwik/Ashwini enter main RD
IT WAS not a good day at work for mixed doubles duo Sikki Reddy/Pranaav Jerry Chopra as they lost in the opening round of Denmark Super Series Premier.
They lost to Irish pair Sam Magee/Chloe Magee 17-21, 15-21.
Sikki, post her defeat took to social media to express her disappointment with the decisions taken by the service and chair umpires.

Meanwhile, Satwiksai Raj/Ashwini Ponnappa entered the main round after winning their qualifiers and so has Subhankar Dey but Parupalli Kashyap failed to win his second qualifier match and therefore ended his campaign at the tournament.
