Bulgarian Junior IS: Vaishnavi Reddy ended as runners-up
UNDER-19 women's singles shuttler Vaishnavi Reddy Jakka couldn't continue her winning run as she went down in the finals to clinch the second place at Bulgarian Junior International Series.
The 9th seed Indian lost to top seed Thai shuttler Chasinee Korepap 9-21, 19-21.
On her way to the finals Vaishnavi trumped higher seeded shuttlers including 7th seed Anastasiia Pustinskaia, second seed Tereza Svabikova and 3rd seed Leonice Huet but failed to do so against the top seed in the finals.
