Sai Praneeth out from the pre-quarters of Bitburger GPG
SIXTEENTH SEED Sai Praneeth was defeated by 5th seed English Rajiv Ouseph 17-21, 21-16, 21-18 in the pre-quarters of the 2015 Bitburger Grand Prix Gold in Saarbrucken, Germany on Thursday.
The Indian shuttler won the first set, putting the 5th seed in pressure but the latter bounced back to win the second set and took the game to a decider. There were equal number of consecutive points won by both, but the English took game point in the set to his name.
Both players got the best of each other but at the end of the day, there was only one that triumphed and the English emerged victorious.
