KKR co-owner Shah Rukh Khan summoned by ED on undervaluation during share sale

KOLKATA KNIGHT RIDERS co-owner Shah Rukh Khan has been issued a summons for allegedly violating Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) norms by undervaluing the IPL franchise's shares in a transfer deal.

A Times Now report said that ED has summoned the Bollywood superstar on the grounds that the shares were sold to a Mauritius company in 2008 at a lower price.

The report said the actor has said he will appear before the ED in a few days time as he is not in Mumbai.
