WATCH: India's 4x400 relay team finsishes 5th in the world
THE INDIAN men's 4x400 relay team made history when they finished 5th in the World Athletics Championship tonight.
The team comprising of Mohammad Anas Yahiya, Amoj Jacob, Muhammad Ajmal and Rajesh Ramesh already set an Asian record when they qualified for the final race with a time of 2:59:05. In the final, they managed to almost equal their previous best; notching up a 2:59:92.
What a glorious moment for Indian sport. If there’s one video you must watch today, it’s this. The disbelief in the commentators voice at 2.28 mins… "Is that India")
