Women's World Cup Legend: Ellyse Perry, ultimate all-rounder in world football and cricket

ELLYSE PERRY MAY JUST be the ultimate all-rounder of the sports world.

The 32 year old Australian is the only athlete in the world to appear in both cricket and football world cups.

She regularly plays for the Australia women's cricket team where she is... you guessed it... an all-rounder. She has played 280 international matches including 10 tests. Her test batting average is 75.20 and bowling average is below 20. She has the highest number of world cup titles for any active cricketer... with 2 ODI and 6 T20 world cups won by Australia with no small amount of contributions from her.

And she has played 18 international matches for Australian women's football team and scored 3 times, which is not bad for a defender. In fact, she scored a goal in the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup against Sweden.

She has also played cricket and football in professional leagues. She plays for Sydney FC in football and Royal Challengers Bangalore in cricket.

Although she misses a lot of club matches for national duty. But what's unique about her is that she sometimes missed club cricket for international football and club football for international cricket.

On top of all that she is known for her sharp analysis skills, appearing as an expert commentator and broadcaster in both cricket and football.

It's hard to wrap your head around how somebody can juggle all that. But she seems to be doing it all just fine and enjoying herself in the process.
