The South African pacer is already one of the top picks of most fantasy players. He's known for his destructive spells in all formats of the game and if he's in the line-up you'd be hard pressed not to take him on your team.
In IPL he had a breakout performance when Delhi Capitals demolished Sunrisers Hyderabad by a 39 runs. Hyderabad came out to chase a very realist 156 but fell well short, with Rabada playing the destructor-in-chief.
Hyderabad had got off to a great start, with Warner and Bairstow giving their innings a great start on a solid foundation. But after a 72 run openint partnership Bairstow gout caught by Rabada, quickly followed by Williamson; another fine catch from Rabada.
Following these two devastating blows, the Hyderabad innings never recovered and this time, Rabada led the charge with the ball. He got rid of Warner, a set batsman and the biggest threat, to begin his spell. When the dust settled, in 3.5 overs Rabada had picked up 4 wickets for just 22 runs.
The cleansweep was so brutal that from 72/0 Hyderabad went all out at 116. Other than the openers, no batsman even reached double digit.
It's rare to have a bowler on your team who can deliver such a crushing blow to the opponents. So if he's available, do consider getting some Rabada rub-off for your fantasy team.
