He will be going up against India’s Manish Kumar in the headliner and this will be the second fight for Khalid who secured an impressive first round win in his MMA debut against India’s Aditya PS which you can see below.

The fight will take place at Lightweight and comes just a month before Brave’s third fight night which is scheduled to take place in Brazil.

“We are overwhelmed and the prestige of the event is at an all-time high with the presence of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa in the event. His vision of strengthening the cultural and diplomatic ties with India through sports had been pivotal in the rise of Mixed Martial Arts in India. This is also a very rare moment for MMA in Asia and we are committed to follow his vision and go extra miles to achieve the impossible and bring Asia to the forefront of global MMA.” Said Mohammed Shahid, President of Brave Combat Federation.

Sheikh had earlier made headlines for swimming a distance of 42 kilometers between Saudi Arabia to Bahrain within 20 hours on Friday 14th March, 2014 for the cause against cancer and has other interesting things to showcase on his resume as well.
