Lobov and Swanson to headline UFC fight night in Nashville

UFC RETURNS TO Nashville on Saturday, April 22, and fans in Music City will be in for a treat when No. 4-ranked featherweight Cub Swanson collides with Artem Lobov in the main event of UFC FIGHT NIGHT SWANSON vs. LOBOV.

Swanson is back in action for the first time since his potential Fight of the Year victory over Dooho Choi in December.

Lobov, a teammate of lightweight champion Conor McGregor, will be headlining his first UFC event, as he brings a two-fight win streak to the Octagon at Bridgestone Arena.

Swanson has won three consecutive fights and nine of his last 11 UFC contests, earning seven Fight of the Night bonuses inside the Octagon.

The featherweight staple looks to continue his run through the 145-pound division with another barnburner in Nashville.

Lobov (14-12-1, 1 NC) will be seeking the biggest win of his career against Swanson, as he plans to propel himself into the featherweight rankings.
