TFG Raw Review: Brock Lesnar returns, Kurt Angle announcement, more
THE RETURN OF BROCK LESNAR and a huge announcement about Kurt Angle proved to be the major highlights of this week’s Monday Night Raw.
Lesnar destroys
The Beast made a triumphant return to Raw this week and made a point. This was the first appearance for Lesnar after his loss against Goldberg and getting the upper hand over Roman Reigns helps him a lot. Lesnar teased a confrontation with Braun Strowman during the segment and this once again underlines WWE’s urge to push Strowman.
Kurt Angle to be inducted into the Hall of Fame
One news story that made the rounds in between Monday Night Raw was the announcement of Kurt Angle’s Hall of Fame induction. The Olympic gold medalist will headline the Hall of fame class of 2017 and it has managed to create a huge buzz among the WWE Universe.
Six-man tag team main event
The main event of Raw saw Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens and Braun Strowman get a win over Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn. It was great to see Owens get the upper hand over Reings once again and this puts him in a good position ahead of the upcoming showdown for Universal championship at the Royal Rumble.
