WWE Announces United Kingdom Title and Tournament for the Network

In what proved to be a ground breaking move, WWE has announced that they will be having a first ever United Kingdom Championship tournament in January.

A new champion will be crowned in the tournament which will be aired on the WWE network and it will have 16 wrestlers competing over a span of two days. The event is set to take place at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool.

WWE has also revealed that former Ring of Honor talent Nigel McGuinness would be a co-host for the event.
