Georges St-Pierre, Donald Cerrone and others To be involved in major MMA announcement
AN INDUSTRY RE-DEFINING MMA announcement is being teased by Georges St-Pierre, former Bellator promoter Bjorn Rebney and a string of other notable fighters including Cain Velasquez, TJ Dillashaw, Donald Cerrone and Tim Kennedy.
The same was mentioned on a press release and it said that the announcement would be made on Wednesday via a conference call.
Rumors are suggesting that the announcement would be about the fighters union as most of the fighters involved has been vocal about needed such a platform for the fighters. It should also be noted that all of the fighters except Cerrone are represented by Creative Artists Agency, which rivals the current UFC owners, WME-IMG.
