Joanna Jedrzejczyk says that she will finish Karolina Kowalkiewicz inside three rounds

THE WOMEN’S STRAWWEIGHT TITLE fight between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Karolina Kowalkiewicz is one of the major attractions of UFC 205. The Polish fighters, both undefeated, would be going head to head in the card headlined by Conor McGregor and Eddie Alvarez.

Ahead of the same, reigning champion Joanna seems confident of fending off the challenge posed by Karolina.

“I will mix [in] a little bit of the fight with Jessica Penne and she’s going to get enough punches and kicks to the head. Then I will take a little bit of the fight with Carla Esparza. She will try to take me down because she will have had enough of the punches. Then I will finish her on the ground with a maximum of round three,” Jedrzejczyk explained.

These two had faced off in the amateur circuit back in 2012 with Joanna getting a win via submission in the first round. Karolina haven’t lost a fight since and has a perfect record in her professional career.
