Ronda Rousey could make her UFC return before 2016 ends

The return of Ronda Rousey is one of those things that have kept the MMA fans waiting for a long time. Ronda’s final fight came back in November 2015 where she lost out to Holly Holm.

This was her first defeat in 13 professional fights and after her defeat; the Bantamweight division saw two new champions. Dana White has now confirmed that Ronda would not be returning for UFC 205 but admitted that she could fight before the year ends.

“Rousey does intend on fighting again and that we could see her in the Octagon before the year comes to a close.” White said.

The latest rumors suggest that UFC will most likely let Ronda face Amanda Nunes for the Bantamweight title at UFC 207 event which happens on December 30.

White also admitted that Cris Cyborg vs. Ronda Rousey is a dream match for the fans but addressed the weight issues.

"I think that Cyborg has made it clear that she can't make 135 pounds. We do have a couple of really good girls at 135 that would like to fight Cyborg, that would like to move up and take that challenge,” he said.
