Carneiro is coming off a KO loss in the first round against an absolute beast in Derek Brunson while Robertson is coming off a back-and-forth battle with Ben Saunders, which he lost too. Carneiro is a dangerous fighter with superb submission abilities while Robertson is an excellent grappler himself, with NCAA level wrestling background to boot.

I see this being a very close fight with both guys trying to get the other on the ground. However, Carneiro will be the bigger of the two and with his submission ability off his back, it’s likely that he catches Robertson in a submission. If not, expect him to win on the judges’ scorecards.
