IT'S THAT TIME of the year again. The football season is over. 2015-16 for Indian football fans came to a close with some intense action in the Federation Cup and AFC Cup, and with India overpowering Laos in the Asian Cup qualifiers playoff.

But as we take a breather from the intense footballing action that have taken place all over the country throughout the last ten months, there are several things that happened during the 2015-16 season that made it unique and memorable, for better or for worse. 

Some of it are things that you can fondly reminiscence about over a cup of afternoon coffee. Others are things that will leave you scratching your head, or act as cautionary tales for everyone so that any repitition can be avoided.
