Two former TNA superstars could be on their way to WWE. Meanwhile, a WWE legend confirmed that he is not retired. Here are the headlines and their analysis.

Bobby Roode and Eric Young could end up in WWE

TNA originals Bobby Roode and Eric Young were released recently from TNA and recent rumors suggest that these departures were related to WWE. However, there is no confirmation on this but as for now, the wrestlers have confirmed that they are free agents after a 12-year spell with TNA.

Sting confirms that he is not officially retired

Sting has put an end to all the rumors regarding his retirement by saying that he is not officially retired. Sting, told a TMZ reporter that his neck is currently okay and added that despite the rumors, he is not retired.

"My neck is okay. I'm not officially retired. There are a lot of rumors out there, but I'm not officially retired," he said.

Evolve to host matches for WWE Cruiserweight series

WWE NXT General Manager William Regal has announced that Evolve will host the qualifying matches for United States portion of WWE’s Global Cruiserweight series tournament. WWE and Evolve does have a working relationship in place and as part of it, Sami Zayn had earlier appeared on the Evolve show. The tournament is expected to consist of 32 cruiserweights from around the world.

Hulk Hogan to get more money?

After winning his case against Gawker media, Hulk Hogan had acquired a whopping amount of $115 Million to his name as compensation. This amount could go up to around $460 million as the case is taking place in Florida. The Florida Supreme court has a habit of awarding people two to three times the actual damage amount and if everything goes right for Hogan, he would have nearly half a billion in his pocket.
