Premier batsman Kohli hits tricky questions on relationships for a clean six

INDIA’S PREMIER BATSMAN Virat Kohli is known for his straight bat talk both on and off the field. And, ever since the flamboyant cricketer broke up with his girl friend and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, the Delhi lad has hit every question related to relationships for a clean six. 

Currently, the Indian Test skipper Kohli is enjoying his time away from the field and has taken the opportunity to attend various events and promote a few brands. 

Yesterday, Kohli was announced as the India brand ambassador of luxury watchmakers Tissot and once again the maestro showed great authority in answering questions related to his personal life. 

As reported by PTI, upon asked the question on which Bollywood celebrity would Kohli gift the watch to, the 27-year-old replied, 

“I would gift it to someone in my family first. I don’t know why that question. What’s the connect? It could be a cricket team member as well. Let’s stick to what we are here for rather than trying to swing things in the other direction.” 

Further trying to put Kohli on the back foot, another awkward question from the media about relationships was handled with aplomb by the star batsman. 

“Relationship with who? Anyone? I am not a relationship counsellor. So that’s not a question you should be asking me. Ask the expert please.”
