Investment opportunities lures Harbhajan to Sri Lanka
INDIAN OFFIE Harbhajan Singh has set his sights on investing in Sri Lanka, the Ministry of Finance of Sri Lanka said today.
After meeting Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake yesterday the Punjab-spinner expressed his desire to invest in Sri Lanka.
The Ministry said Harbhajan was keen on investing given the long standing friendly relations between the two countries.
Karunanayake's budget policy has been approved in parliament earlier this week and it aims at foreign direct investment which is in sync with Harbhajan's desire to invest in the island nation.
Harbhajan has a little more time on his side for investment opportunities as he no longer plays all three formats of the game for India simultaneously.
His next assignment in national colours will be in the three T20s in Australia in February.
