UFC Fight Night Winnipeg Results: Rafael Dos Anjos outclasses Robbie Lawler

UFC’S RETURN TO CANADA WAS NOTHING SHORT OF eventful. The UFC Fight Night Winnipeg delivered and then some.

Robbie Lawler and Rafael Dos Anjos stole the show with their main event fight as both men unleashed a storm of violence.

Dos Anjos dictated the pace throughout the five rounds as Lawler seemed to be struggling to cope with the tactics that RDA was deploying.

The co-main event saw Josh Emmett produced a huge upset when he knocked out Ricardo Lamas in the first round. A huge left hook from Emmett wrapped up the fight early and with the win, Emmett is back on winning ways after suffering the first loss of his career against Desmond Green.

Meanwhile, a war was expected between Mike Perry and Santiago Ponzinibbio and a war is what they delivered. The fight went the distance much to the surprise of many fans with Ponzinibbio getting the win via decision in the end.

In the opening fight of the main card, Glover Teixeira finished Misha Cirkunov in the first round. The win is a huge boost for Teixeira who was coming off a defeat against Alexander Gustafsson. Below are the complete results:
