UFC Fight Night Winnipeg: Full Fight Card And Schedule for the event
UFC returns to Canada this weekend with a stacked card that features some great fights and a potential title eliminator in the Welterweight division.
The event will be the second that the promotion has hosted in Winnipeg, following UFC 161 in June 2013. The fight night will be headlined by a war between Rafael Dos Anjos and former Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler.
Lawler returned to his winning ways earlier this year and now he'll look to get back in the title picture with a win this weekend. It won't be an easy test as former lightweight king Rafael Dos Anjos will attempt to get his third win in a row since moving to 170 pounds. If Rafael wins this fight, he will inch closer to a shot at champion Tyron Woodley.
Also on the card, two powerful knockout artists prepare to clash as Santiago Ponzinibbio faces off with Mike Perry while top 10 ranked light heavyweights Glover Teixeira and Misha Cirkunov square off in a pivotal matchup at 205 pounds.
Featherweight stand out Ricardo Lamas will be eager to make up for losing his fight against Jose Aldo as he goes up against an upcoming Jose Emmet.
