REWIND: Re-living the best moments of Subrata Paul on his birthday

JUST OVER SIX FEET tall Subrata's career has spanned over a decade. He began by getting himself enrolled in the Tata Football Academy in 1999. There was no looking back once he was a graduate from the renowned academy. He started off with a bang and Mohun Bagan being the first professional club that acquired his services. From there he moved to the other major Kolkata club, East Bengal. His club performances were recognised by the national team coach and he was called up for a trial. Subrata's talent spoke for himself and he made a place for himself in the regular starters for India senior as well.
