2007: I-League - Best Keeper

It was the year when the National Football League was re-christened to be named I-League. 2007; the year when I-League was born, Subrata was signed by East Bengal FC from Mohun Bagan. His brilliant performances won him the best goalkeeper of I-league award underlining his useful contributions for the club. East Bengal, under Subrata's safe hands went on to lift the Federation Cup too in the same year.
