UFC MAKES A HISTORIC RETURN TO NEW YORK CITY this weekend and has lined up one of the most exciting cards of the year.

UFC 217 hits this weekend

Headlined by the returning Georges St. Pierre and reigning Middleweight champion Michael Bisping, the pay-per-view will host three title fights. The fight will mark GSP’s return to the Octagon after a long gap of four years.

While Bisping and GSP will be locking horns for the UFC Middleweight Championship, in the co-main event, Cody Garbrandt will defend his Bantamweight title against former Team mate TJ Dillashaw. The rivalry has been a heated one so far and it’s already one of the most anticipated cards on the card as of now.

The third title fight sees the undefeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk going up against Rose Namajunas. Joanna would be looking to defend her title for the sixth consecutive time and this, in turn, would let her tie the record with none other than Ronda Rousey for the most consecutive defenses.

A welterweight bout between Stephen Thompson and Jorge Masvidal will also be an attraction on the main card.
