The midfielder with a heavy price tag seemed to be a hot pick in the players' draft. ATK did get their man and he will join former coach from Benglauru FC, Ashley Westwood at ATK, but this time, Westwood is part of ATK as the technical director.

Lyngdoh is a national team regular and has plays an attacking role in the midfield. In 2014-15 Lyngdoh was awarded as I-League’s best mid-fielder. His potential and performance took him from Shillong Lajong to Bengaluru FC where he found himself a good game time to continue getting starts in the national team. His precise through-balls and excellent diagonals make him a pivotal player in the team.
