India Under 17 lose 1-0 to Spanish club Alcorcon on the exposure tour

CONTINUING WITH THIER SERIES of matches in Spain, India Under 17 played Alcorcon. The game kicked off today at 1:30 Indian Standard Time. 
Sanjeev had the first chance of the day when he his shot attempt landed in the goalkeeper's hands. Another chance cam from open field of play when Boris picked Abhijit in the box and Abhjit skied the effort. A good move by the Indian boys ended in a weak effort straight into the hands of the goalkeeper who an grab to make. The half time score read goalless as neither side could managed to threaten to break the goalie's defence. Abhijit had yet another an opportunity to get the lead for India but wasted it. 

After having most of the efforts on target, India conceded a goal in the 67th minute. With last quarter on the clock remaining, India came close to getting the equaliser but the goal evaded the Indians. The final score read in the favour of the Spanish club Alcorcon's favour.
