TFG Raw Review: Legend returns, New champion crowned

Monday Night Raw was bound to be a great show with the fatal four-way to determine the new champion. However, WWE took matters to territories that we didn’t expect and gave us something to cherish for the ages. While the undercard of the show did have some interesting segments and matches, the biggest takeaways of the show came thanks to the main event.

Big Cass, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens got their fair share of buildup before the match rolled out and everyone gave a big match feel. The action kick-started in full throttle and as the match progressed, Big Cass got eliminated first.

The three-way fight between Owens, Rollins, and Reigns seemed to be going nowhere until WWE dropped the big surprise of Triple H. Hunter showed up for the first time after WrestleMania and he delivered a shocking moment.

Triple H first aided Rollins to eliminate Roman Reigns and then went on to turn on Rollins and help Owens win the WWE Universal Championship.

There aren’t going to be any arguments about Owens not deserving the championship and with all the work that he has been putting in, it was apparently the right choice by WWE. Bringing in Triple H and having a finish like this made matters more interesting and Raw has turned the momentum in their favor with this show. Here are the complete results from Raw.
