Mirko Cro Cop open to farewell fight if surgery goes well

MIRKO ‘CRO COP’ FILIPOVIC confirmed that he is retiring from the sport during his latest appearance in the MMA hour.

Cro Cop, who recently had success with Rizin, however mentioned that he would like to have a farewell fight if his surgery goes well.

“It would be nice if I will be able to recover enough that I can have a farewell fight, maybe in Japan. It would be nice, but to tell you the truth I don’t know how the surgery will do.” He said.

Cro Cop had an iconic career in MMA stacking up 35 wins throughout his career and was one of the most notable heavyweights in his prime.
