Ashwini Ponnappa is on her road to recovery, back on court and training hard
WOMEN'S DOUBLES SHUTTLER ASHWINI PONNAPPA is happy to be back on court. The Bengaluru-born shuttler was ill due to which she and her partner Jwala Gutta had to withdraw from two tournaments. Their campaign in Canada GP, where the duo were the defending champions, started on a good note but couldn't continue due to Ashwini's illness. They also had to cancel their participation in the US Open GPG.
Ashwini is bound to participate in the Olympics in Rio and everyone was hoping for her soon recovery. She took to Intastagram to share the news that she is back on court training. She seemed happy and positive.
Let's hope the pair is back in action and give their best in Rio.
