Overview
For this round of fantasy cricket between St. Lucia and Guyana it is important that you pick the inform batsmen from SLZ. Their bowlers haven’t done that well though. On the other hand, the Guyanese bowlers have been amongst the wicket and therefore, it makes sense not to ignore them.
Also, barring injuries, SLZ won’t tinker with their squad. Meanwhile, GAW are sitting pretty at the top of the table and that could mean they too would be tempted to retain their winning combo.
Probable 11 for the round
GAW- Martin Guptill, Dwayne Smith, Chris Lynn, Jason Mohammad, Anthony Bramble, Chris Barnwell, Rayad Emrit, Adam Zampa, Sohail Tanvir, Veerasammy Permaul, Steven Jacobs
SLZ- Andre Fletcher, Johnson Charles, Shane Watson, Kyle Mayers, Darren Sammy, Micheal Hussey, David Miller, Morne Morkel, Nitish Kumar, D Davis, K Ramsaran
Players who cannot be ignored
Johnson Charles- Has suddenly found form with the bat and opening the innings gives him all the freedom to go bang-bang.
Martin Guptill- The Kiwi opener initially looked scratchy but has shown signs of finding his form in the previous two games. A match-winner in his own right!
Shane Watson- The Aussie all-rounder might have retired from international duties, but is arguably the most preferred pick in CPL fantasy.
Dark Horses
Michael Hussey- The crafty Aussie veteran still has what it takes to succeed at the highest level. A value for money buy and always surprises you with his scoring rate.
Chris Lynn- Has the ability to strike big from the very first ball. Can win you leagues in a jiffy.
TFG Pundit XI: Johnson Charles, Shane Watson(c), Darren Sammy, Micheal Hussey, D Davis, Martin Guptill(vc), Dwayne Smith, Chris Lynn, Anthony Bramble, Rayad Emrit, Sohail Tanvir
Happy Hunting!!!
