MOUNTAINEER DEBRAJ DUTTA created a remarkable achievement by successfully scaling the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest. But his extraordinary feat caught more eyeballs as the Kolkata climber waved Mohun Bagan FC's flag at the highest peak in the world.
Mohun Bagan FC, who recently clinched their 14th Federation Cup with a historic 5-0 win over Aizawl FC, acknowledged Debraj’s gesture by posting his picture with the flag on facebook. The mariners, who were delighted and honoured with Debraj’s act, gave their heartiest congratulations for the Kolkata man.
