ISL 2020 -- Jamshedpur FC sign Alexandre Monteiro de Lima
JAMSHEDPUR FC HAVE secured the services of Brazilian midfielder Alexandre Monteiro de Lima.
The 31 year old has extensive experience of playing in Asian fotball, including seasons spent in South Korea and Vietnam.

Alexandre started out in the Swiss second tier, where he played for FC Gossau and FC Wohlen. After three seasons in Switzerland, he moved on to top division football in the USA, playing for Chigago Fire and Houston Dynamo over the next six years.
In 2018, he arrived in Asia, playing for Suwon FC and FC Anyang. He was a regular started for both the clubs, and in 2020 moved to Ho Chi Minh City FC, a top flight club in Vietnam, for whom he made 3 league appearances before joining Jamshedpur FC.
Alex's presence, along with the Spaniard Aitor Monroy and young Indian prospects Amarjit Singh Kiyam and Isaac Vanmalsawma has increase the depth of JFC's midfield, boosting their chances of qualifying for the ISL playoffs for the first time.
