INDIA 

Virat is back to the 11 and will lead the side and should bat no.4. Rahane should bat no.5. 

Rohit is out of the series and is being replaced by S Gill & Shaw. Mayank will be partnered by Shaw. 

Bumrah, Shami should be the lead seamers along with a spinner in Jadeja/Ashwin. 

Keeper will be Pant, but in that case Saha could get dropped. Logically Saha should play purely based on his keeping ability. 

NEW ZEALAND 

Williamson is back and should bat no.3 with Nicholls and Taylor to follow. 

The spot of Wagner is in doubt and they have called lanky pacer Jamieson as a standby. 

Southee and Boult should take the new ball. We could see only one spinner for the Kiwis. 

Latham will open the batting and Watling will keep wickets.
