They are captained by keeper and opening batsman Ishan Kishan, who has shown great promise with the bat. In his last game, a few days ago against Chennai, the diminutive cricketer scored 85. His brilliant knock against Assam in this Vijay Hazare Trophy has gained a lot of attention.
They also have Saurabh Tiwary and Anand Singh in the top-4. Experienced spinner Shahbaz Nadeem is likely to do the bulk of the spin duty, while seamer Varun Aaron should take the new ball. Nadeem has already entered the record books after his 8-wicket haul against Rajasthan in this tournament. Anukul Roy also impressed in the last game by taking three wickets.
