CFL 2018 FULL MATCH -- Mohun Bagan beat Aryan 2-0 to set up title claim ahead of Kolkata Derby

AN EARLY STRIKE from Shilton D'Silva and a late doubler from Dipanda Dicka helped Mohun Bagan secure a 2-0 win over Aryan Club at Kalyani.

This win takes Mohun Bagan to 19 points from 7 matches in the Calcutta Football League, a prime position to fight for the title ahead of Sunday's crucial match-up against arch rivals East Bengal.

Henry Kisseka set up both goals for the Mariners but the scoreline belies the pressure Aryan Club put on the heavyweights, even nicking the woodwork at one point. Mohun Bagan created multiple chances but failed to convert as an accuracy problem lingered for them up front.
