The Chennai-side has won just four of their 14 matches in their debut campaign. The young Thalaivas unit has repeatedly failed to deliver consistent performance in both halves of the match. They will be hoping to give their home fans something to cheer for.

The U Mumba are placed fourth in the Zone A points table. They have won nine, lost eight of their 17 matches this season. They are going into this match after comfortably overcoming Bengaluru Bulls 30-42 courtesy of Kashiling Adake’s stellar 17 points. 

The Mumbai-outfit has been inconsistent in both attack as well as defence from the word go in season 5. They will be aiming to clinch a win against the hosts in order to keep their qualification hopes alive.
