This 6 foot tall, physically intimidating 20 year old Ghanaian forward is something of a wildcard. Blessed with a strong physique, Dadzie can send any defender tumbling out of the way by sheer forward thrust. His aggressive style led fans to dub him 'Mini Hulk'. His technique is not bad either; time and again he displays a lethal left foot that sends balls blasting into the net. But at this young age, he is still quite raw, and simple technical mistakes often see him lose possession of the ball on the pitch. Dadzie has played for Ghana Premier League sides Bechem United and Asante Kotoko, and his performances have attracted interest from the likes of MLS side Portland Timbers. At Timbers he even had a trial, but failed to earn a contract. A spell at NorthEast United, for him, will be a developmental stint more than anything else. What is interesting is that even though a player of his maturity is hardly expected to start ahead of the established, experienced strikers NEUFC have in their team, his physique is more than capable of surviving 3 competitive games within 7 days; so in a way he is ideal for a tournament like ISL. It will be very curious indeed to see what kind of use Cesar Farias makes of him.
