TOP WOMEN’S DOUBLES PAIR Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza might not be going through a dream run like they experienced in 2015, but the duo has already won one the Australian Open this year.
And, while they might not have enjoyed a particularly rewarding season on the red clay, SanTina have successfully managed to qualify as the first pair for the year ending WTA finals in Singapore.
Hingis and Mirza are the current WTA finals champs and will be looking to defend their prestigious title towards the end of the season.
After having exited the recently concluded French Open, Martina/Sania will now enter the Wimbledon Championships next week and will be keen to win their second title at SW19.
SanTina will enter the event as the no.1 seeds and are already seen as one of the favourites.
