The defending champions were always going to find it tough to pick and choose between several of their marquee names. However, they did a stunning job by retaining the cream-Indian players in Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah. That said, Kieron Pollard is one name the three-time champs would love to get back once the action gets underway in Bangalore over the weekend. It would only be futile to explain why the big Trinidadian deserves to be back in Mumbai colors. He could be mercurial, there could be some fitness issues as well, but it would be a massive shock if MI let Pollard go anywhere else.
