IPL 2018 PLAYERS' AUCTION: RTM options for franchises over the weekend

WE ARE just a few days away from the mega IPL players auction. The high-octane event will get underway in Bangalore on January 27 & 28 as the eight participating franchises will rack their brains to absorb the best professionals. 

Early in the month, we saw how several marquee names were retained by franchises. However, there are still quite a few big names waiting to be roped in and it will be interesting to see how the teams work out their strategies. 

With the return of former champions Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals, the auction is only expected to create more buzz and tension. Almost 600 names are sure to go under the hammer and we thought of presenting to you some superstars who will be the obvious choices for the teams, considering the Right to Match (RTM) option has been made available.
